Detailed Instructions on Using a Discount Code

While you’re using the platform, please take note of any suggested changes you have. Every piece of feedback is valuable. We might not be able to fix it all but we do need to hear it all!

1. Start here

You’ll need to have an internet connection (wifi or data), and your phone with you. This is for security purposes and during account setup we need to verify your phone number and email address.

That’s the only information we require from you or even see from you - the rest is all yours to see, edit, manage and share as you choose.

2. Sign up here - Website

You can access Holdmine here. To use the discount code you must be on the website, create your account then go to ‘My Settings’.

Upgrade to the plan you would like, it will then go to the payment gateway. See below screenshot for where to enter the code.

We use some terms like Trusted Contact and Legacy Contact - these are how you share your information with people you trust. It’s all explained here.

How to Use a Discount Code.

  1. Create your Holdmine account and verify your phone and email

  2. Then go to My Settings

  3. Choose the Plan you want (we recommend using the Annual Business Plan so you can access all the sections)

Enter a Discount Code.

You then get moved to the secure payment gateway provided by Stripe. You will need your credit card details but once you’ve entered the discount code, the total due will change to reflect the level of discount you have.

Enter the promotional code as per the image on the right. You’ll see the ‘total due today’ amount update to reflect the discount applied.

Once you’ve done that, you’re good to go.

To get started you’ll need an internet connection and your phone.

Create my holdmine account

Once you’ve set up your account on the web, you can head to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the app. Login with the same information for the web and your data will sync in real time across both the app and the web. Use them both seamlessly as you wish.
