Customers in the platform can enter a new section of the app, and it prompts them to focus on setting up that part of their lives.
Often the next logical step is to connect with an expert provider. After a quick round of asking family and friends for recommendations, life gets in the way and this can remain an area that’s still on the ‘to do’ list.
We’re removing the friction and delay for customers by enabling them, with the Holdmine platform, to connect directly with local experts through a search of providers right there in the app.
