Trusted and Legacy Contacts
Share Information With Those You Trust
Trusted Contacts.
You can share your information with people you trust. Give your builder access to you home renovations, give your mate access to your travel plans or give that special someone access to your health and medical history just in case.
A Trusted contact is invited by YOU to view some or all of your information as YOU choose.
YOU can change what the trusted contact can see at any time.
YOU can delete a trusted contact so they no longer have access.
A trusted contact cannot edit your information.
Legacy Contacts.
A Legacy contact is someone you trust to look after your affairs if you become incapable of doing so yourself.
A Legacy Contact can have varying levels of access from read only excluding passwords, through to ability to edit your information. You can change this level of access or your legacy contacts' details at any time.
To Activate access, your nominated Legacy Contact will need to provide evidence to Holdmine administration. This process replicates that of the legal power of attorney (alhough it is not a legal authority). Rest assured, you nominate them first, and they will receive access to your details upon following clear and robust processes when you need them to.
A legacy contact will not have any access to your account prior to this. If you want them to view your account, you can load them as a Trusted Contact.
