Southbridge Rugby
Holdmine has been a proud supporter of Southbridge Rugby Football Club for the last few years, and this year sponsored the JAB so all the Junior players could have their own branded Club hoodie. You’ll note the Holdmine logo on the left shoulder for the 2024 season.
The connection with the Club goes back many decades, with many of Melissa’s close and extended family members donning the blue and white jersey over the years, from her Dad, Uncles, brothers and even her Grandad playing for the Golden Oldies in his seventies! Now it’s a niece and a nephew currently playing for ‘the Bridge’. Melissa herself referred rugby, and did many games out at the Southbridge club grounds.
Mostly though, this Club is best known for the connection with local rugby hero Dan Carter, and his father Snib Carter, who has been an absolute stalwart of the club and the community.
Community and connection are some of our founding values, so it’s awesome to be connected to a Club that deeply shares these values.
